Question: Do I have to know how to read music to play guitar?
Answer: No
Question: How long will it take me to be able to play guitar with this method?
Answer: You will be strumming simple songs in less than a month. You could be at performance level in as little as six months.
Question: I am over 40 years of age. I use to play back in high school and now I want to get back into it. Is it too late to start?
Answer: No. Over forty percent of my students are over forty years of age.
Question: I am not musically gifted. I have never played an instrument in my life. Can I still learn to play the guitar?
Answer: Yes. How do you know you are not musically gifted if you have never tried? Everybody learns.
Question: My fingers are too short (long, fat, skinny....). Can I still play guitar?
Answer: Yes. There is a guitar to fit all size hands and fingers.
Django Reinhardt famous jazz guitarist lost the use of his ring finger and little finger in an accident. It did not slow him down a bit from becoming one of the greatest guitarist of all time. Then there is Tony Melendez who has no arms and plays with his feet. He has performed for the Pope. When you have to play guitar not much will stop you. So don't worry about your finger size and shape. You CAN play the guitar.

Answer: Only if you do not practice.
Question: How young should I start my kid on guitar lessons?
Answer: Depends on the kid. Our youngest student so far has been three years old. Eight years old is a typical age for most.

Answer: Audio CDs. Listen to them in your car. Just information you need to hear. Anything you need to see visually is on this website free.
